Digital delivery overview
NexKeys sells digital products only. Delivery does not involve physical shipping.
Each product page and checkout flow is designed to show:
- whether the item is instant-ready or standard digital delivery
- what the buyer receives after payment
- any region, server, or activation notes that matter before purchase
- whether extra details or checks are required before delivery
Delivery timing
Delivery timing depends on the specific listing, payment status, inventory state, and any extra checks shown before payment.
- Instant-ready products usually begin delivery shortly after payment confirmation
- some orders may require extra checks before delivery
- delivery timing can vary by product type, account format, or payment status
If a product is not instantly deliverable, the product page or checkout flow should make that visible before payment.
48-hour non-delivery protection
For available orders, if confirmed payment does not lead to usable digital delivery or a valid replacement within 48 hours, the buyer can ask for refund review instead of waiting longer.
This protection window starts when payment is confirmed, not when a transfer is first submitted. It may pause if the order has an incorrect payment reference, underpayment, missing buyer response, platform outage, or a listing-specific timing note shown before checkout.
Where to find your order
After payment, order status and delivery details are available through:
- your order page
- your account email
- the secure delivery page or delivery notes attached to the purchased item
If delivery is delayed
If an order does not arrive within the delivery window shown during checkout:
- check your order status first
- confirm the order email is correct
- contact support@nexkeys.com with your order ID
Product format matters
Different products may be delivered in different digital formats, for example:
- secure access details
- activation keys
- redemption links
- wallet or gift-value details
The exact handoff format should be shown before payment whenever possible.
Secure delivery
Where a product contains sensitive credentials, NexKeys may use a secure delivery page instead of placing raw credentials in normal support messages. Buyers should keep delivered details private and should not forward order links to anyone else.
Buyer expectation
NexKeys aims to keep delivery expectations visible before payment instead of hiding them until after checkout.
If a listing requires review, delayed release, or extra verification, that state may affect delivery timing.
