Platform references and storefront artwork

NexKeys sells independently sourced digital products with product context reviewed before listing. We are not a publisher, developer, platform owner, official distributor, or brand-authorized partner for the titles, software, platforms, or services referenced on this site unless a listing says so in writing.

We may display title names, logos, franchise names, and limited reference artwork so buyers can understand:

• which platform or title a listing belongs to
• what product format is being sold
• whether a product page, category, or platform product matches the item they are searching for
• region, activation, compatibility, and delivery context

No affiliation claim

All title names, logos, characters, screenshots, promotional materials, and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

NexKeys is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to those rights holders unless the specific listing says so in writing.

How we use platform-related material

Our use is intended to be descriptive and referential, not to suggest ownership of the underlying platform or title IP.

We use third-party platform references only to:

• identify supported titles or platforms
• organize storefront navigation
• help customers distinguish one listing category from another
• explain compatibility, server, or product context

We do not claim ownership of third-party platform IP, and we do not represent third-party materials as original NexKeys creations.

Scope and restraint

We aim to keep usage limited and commercially narrow:

• only enough reference material to identify the game or listing context
• no false endorsement language
• no publisher, developer, or brand relationship unless written proof exists
• no copying full third-party articles, galleries, or long-form promotional pages

Where possible, we prefer first-party storefront graphics, abstract category art, or transformed layout treatments over copying large amounts of publisher media.

Product and platform terms

Third-party platforms, publishers, software vendors, and card issuers may have their own terms. Buyers are responsible for reviewing the product format, region, activation notes, and third-party terms before purchase.

Unless a listing states otherwise, NexKeys does not promise that a product is eligible for publisher support, manufacturer warranty, loyalty benefits, or brand-direct after-sales service.

If you are a rights holder or authorized representative and want material reviewed, credited differently, replaced, or removed, contact support@nexkeys.com.

• the rights holder you represent
• the requested action

We review requests promptly and will update or remove material when appropriate.
