Warranty and delivery support
NexKeys is a NexKeys-managed storefront, so support, delivery review, and issue handling stay under one team instead of being split across third-party sellers.
What the warranty is for
The warranty is intended to cover problems such as:
- credentials or codes that do not match the purchased listing
- first-delivery access issues
- delivery mismatches that conflict with the product page or checkout context
- clearly broken handoff details reported promptly after delivery
- source or format issues that make the product materially different from what was shown before payment
What buyers should do
If something is wrong with a delivered product:
- stop using the item if possible
- capture the exact error or issue
- contact support@nexkeys.com with the order ID and details
Review process
Warranty review may include checking:
- the product page and listing notes shown before purchase
- delivery timestamps and order state
- whether the buyer confirmed access from the secure delivery page
- activation or access evidence
- whether the issue can be resolved through replacement or correction
What is not typically covered
Warranty review is usually more limited when the issue comes from:
- buyer-side misuse after delivery
- unsupported changes made after handoff
- region or platform requirements that were already shown before payment
- problems reported without enough detail to verify the claim
- buyer conduct, credential sharing, reselling, chargeback abuse, or breach of third-party platform terms
- third-party platform changes, enforcement decisions, outages, or account actions outside NexKeys control
Support path
NexKeys keeps the same support path available before and after purchase so buyers do not need to chase multiple parties for resolution.
Remedy
When a warranty issue is confirmed, NexKeys may provide correction, replacement, account support instructions, refund review, or another reasonable remedy depending on the order evidence and product type.
