Who we are
NexKeys is operated by NexKeys LLP, a Singapore limited liability partnership with UEN T26LL0462G.
NexKeys operates as a NexKeys-managed digital storefront. We are not a multi-seller marketplace where unrelated third-party sellers publish storefronts under their own names.
Independent sourcing
NexKeys sources digital products through independent commercial channels and reviews product context before listing. Unless a listing says otherwise, NexKeys is not an official distributor, authorized reseller, publisher partner, platform partner, or brand-endorsed seller for the third-party products shown.
You are buying from NexKeys. NexKeys is responsible for the checkout, delivery review, support path, and applicable replacement or refund review described in these policies.
Checkout availability
The storefront may show checkout as paused while payment, catalog, and delivery controls are being updated.
If checkout is not active on a public page, NexKeys is not collecting payment through that page.
Digital products
NexKeys sells digital products only. Product formats may include:
- supported game or platform products
- software keys or license access
- subscription or digital access products
- gift-value or redemption products
- related digital goods
The exact product format, delivery method, activation notes, and regional limits should be reviewed before purchase when checkout is available.
Orders and payment
When checkout is enabled, an order is only valid after the checkout flow accepts the order and payment instructions are shown or payment is confirmed.
Buyers are responsible for using the correct order reference, email address, and payment details shown during checkout.
NexKeys may delay, reject, cancel, or manually review an order when there is payment mismatch, suspected fraud, availability mismatch, delivery risk, policy conflict, or incorrect buyer information.
Product responsibility
Buyers must review the product page, selected option, region, activation scope, delivery method, and third-party platform requirements before payment.
NexKeys does not control third-party platform decisions, publisher account rules, software vendor policies, card issuer terms, or future changes to external services. NexKeys does not promise brand-direct support, publisher warranty, official account recovery, or platform immunity unless the listing states that in writing.
Delivery
Digital delivery timing depends on product type, payment status, inventory state, and any review requirements shown before payment.

Refunds, warranty, and support
Refund and replacement handling for digital goods depends on delivery state, product condition, order evidence, and whether the item has been redeemed, consumed, or used.

Third-party brands and platform IP
Title names, publisher names, platform names, logos, and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners.
NexKeys uses third-party references only to describe product context, compatibility, or category. NexKeys is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to those rights holders unless we explicitly say so in writing.
Reviews and buyer signals
Verified buyer labels are reserved for reviews tied to fulfilled orders. Imported or non-verified product notes, if displayed, should be marked clearly and should not be treated as verified purchase evidence.
Price and availability
Prices, discounts, availability, payment options, and delivery availability may change. NexKeys aims to show mandatory charges and material product terms before payment. If a price or listing error is discovered before fulfillment, NexKeys may cancel the order and refund any confirmed payment.
Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Singapore, subject to mandatory consumer rights that may apply.
